the reshaping slot (1) and move the blade in both directions parallel to the table surface, at first the left and then the right-hand part of the
sharpening slot (1). Slightly lift up on the knife handle as the curved portion near the tip is drawn through the grinding wheels. Repeat until
the knife blade is sharp enough. To optimize sharpening of each 5 cm of blade, you need to move such blade length in the reshaping slot
(1) for one second.
4. After sharpening clean the knife in hot water and detergent.
