Thank you for purchasing an Escali Digital Scale.

Please read the following operation information to ensure the proper function of your new scale.

How to weigh:

1) Press the “On” button.

2) Zero will appear on display.

3) Place item gently on the panel.

How to measure liquids:

Your scale allows you to weigh liquid ingredients and allows you to change the density setting for

different liquids.

During normal weighing you press the Aqua button to display the equivalent liquid measurement.

Press the Aqua button again to return to the ounce/gram mode.

How to change the density setting:

1) Press and hold the “Aqua” button for 3 seconds.

2) The current density setting will be displayed.

3) Press the “Λ” or “V“ button to change the density setting.

4) Press the “Aqua” button again to store the new setting. The scale will return to the liquid

measuring mode shortly

How to use the “Tare” feature:

This feature allows the display to be reset to zero after you weigh an item in a container or bowl.

It shows the weight of additional items as if you were to weigh them separately.

1) Turn the scale on.

2) Place the container, without the item, gently on the platform.

3) Press the “Tare” button, and the weight of the container will be removed. The display value will

reset to zero.

4) Gently add the item to the container. The display will show the weight of the item only.

5) Repeat step 3 and 4 when adding more items to the container.

How to clear the “Tare” feature:

1) Remove all items from the platform.

2) Press the “On” button and the display value will reset to “0g/0oz”.

3) The scale is reset. You can continue with normal operating.

Changing the Weighing Mode:

1) Turn the scale on.

2) Press the Kg/Lb button to change to Ounces, Pounds/Ounces or Grams.

3) Your scale will keep the last used weighing mode in memory and will return automatically to

this mode when you turn the scale on.

Het wegen van artikelen die de maximale capaciteit van de weegschaal overschrijden wordt ten

Hoe de keukenwekker te gebruiken

1) Druk op de “Timer” toets.

3) Druk op de “Λ” of “V” toets om de minuten te wijzigen.

4) Druk opnieuw op de “Timer” toets.

5) De seconden gaan knipperen.

6) Druk de “Λ” of “V” toets om de seconden te wijzigen.

7) Druk op de “Timer” toets om het aftellen te laten beginnen.

8) Als de wekker 0 bereikt zult u een alarm signaal horen.

9) Druk opnieuw op de “Timer” toets om het alarm signaal af te zetten. Binnen enkele seconden

schakelt de wekker zich automatisch uit

Tijdens het aftellen kan de wekker gepauseerd en bijgesteld worden door op de “Timer” toets te

drukken. Volg bovenvermelde stappen om voor verdere instelling.

Overige informatie

1) Zorg ervoor dat u uw weegschaal op huiskamertemperatuur gebruikt, en deze op een stabiele

horizontale oppervlakte is geplaatst.

2) Deze weegschaal is niet waterbestendig. Stel het ook niet bloot aan een vochtige omgeving.

3) Uw weegschaal is een precisie instrument. Het moet als zodanig met uiterste zorg behandeld

worden. Stel het niet bloot aan schudden of vibratie.

4) Uw garantie vervalt indien u de weegschaal open heeft gemaakt.

5) Electromagnetische velden van bijv. een mobiele telefoon of radio kunnen de nauwkeurigheid

van uw weegschaal beinvloeden. Verwijder het apparaat dat dit probleem veroorzaakt, en zet

de weegschaal opnieuw aan.

Vervanging van de batterijen

Vervang de batterijen indien er een lege batterij symbol op het display verschijnt.
