Radio frequency exposure

Your Festina Connected D device is equipped with a radio transmitter and receiver of

Bluetooth™ Low Energy type, operating in the frequency range 2400 to 2500 MHz. Its radiated

output power is far below exposure limits set by national authorities such as the FCC, IC,

European Council and international health agencies.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, WEEE

Directive 2012/19/EU

This product must not be disposed of with household waste but through an authorised WEEE

collection point. The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product must

not be disposed of with your other household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose

of your waste equipment by handing it over to a designated collection point for the recycling of

waste electrical and electronic equipment. The separate collection and recycling of your waste

equipment at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is

recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment. For more information

about where you can drop off your waste for recycling, please contact your local authority, or

where you purchased your product.

Disposal of Batteries and Accumulators

Directive 2006/66/EC

When batteries are changed, they must be removed and taken to an approved collection

facility. Separable batteries must be removed prior to the disposal of the product and disposed

of separately.

Handle this device with care. Do not disassemble the watch, there are no serviceable parts

inside the watch. It is important to keep small children away from it, as small parts may detach

and pose a choking hazard. If you intend to use this transmitting device near sensitive medical

equipment, we strongly advise you to request permission beforehand. If you have electronic

medical implants, we recommend that you consult with medical experts before using this

device to ensure that it is safe for you to do so.

ingested, immediately seek medical attention.
