A. The required space in use for all products is: useful depth (115cm in models less than 300L - 150cm in models

greater than 360L)

C. The ice making capacity of the 230 and 250L models is 1.1Kg/day. and that of models greater than 360L is

1.6kg/day.

4. In the event of variations in the electric power, the use of a voltage stabilizer or booster is recommended at 115 VAC ± 10%

BETWEEN 800 AND 1000 watts. this prevents damage to the product. Keep in mind that if the voltage variation is above 10%, the

guarantee will NOT apply.

When you defrost your refrigerator, take precautions to prevent frozen foods from thawing, such as wrapping them in

cloths or paper kitchen towels.

The expiration date of the food does not change because it is frozen. Use caution to avoid excessive duration

freezing times of your food.

Change of focus (bulb)

When you need to change the bulb, please contact the mabe service lines to schedule a specialized technical

service, which allows sending a trained person to change this part. According to its use, this component has its

own guarantee of 90 days from the delivery of the product to the final consumer, and its replacement after this

time is not included in the guarantee policy.

COLOMBIA, CHILE, ECUADOR, PERU AND VENEZUELA 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

Compressor component warranty:

Mabe warrants the compressor against any manufacturing and operating defects during normal, domestic use of this refrigerator.

This guarantee counts from the delivery of the product to the consumer. The guarantee covers technical diagnosis at no cost whenever the failure derives

from the compressor. It does not include the value of labor or technical diagnosis for guarantees requested after the first year from the date of delivery of

the product, in which case the costs must be assumed by the consumer. This benefit applies only to the following models of refrigerators that have been

acquired after June 1, 2022 and for the time stipulated in the following table:

Mabe guarantees this product against any technical failure in its components and labor, as long as it is within normal and domestic use.

To make the guarantee effective:

The consumer must request technical service at the telephone numbers that are referred to in this Guarantee Certificate, or through the Mabe website

depending on the country that corresponds.

Recommendations:

Mr. user, before requesting a service, check all the points regarding the operation indicated in the instruction manual.

General Terms and Conditions of the guarantee:

1. This guarantee only covers the model, brand and series specified on the identification plate that has the product and User Manual.

2. This warranty does not cover damage to the product.

3. The transportation expenses of the product that derive from the fulfillment of this guarantee, within its service network will be covered by Mabe.

4. The visits of our technicians for unjustified reasons, may be a reason for charging for the value of transport and time of the technician.

5. This guarantee does not cover internationally, it is only valid in the country where the product was purchased, according to the terms established for

each country by the manufacturer and respecting the guarantee laws of the same.

6. The expenses derived from the abandonment of the product in the service centers (storage, warehousing and maintenance), must be borne by the

consumer, in accordance with the regulations of each country.

7. Mabe will not assume or authorize assuming on its behalf other obligations in relation to the sale of the product or any of its parts, other than those

contemplated in this certificate.

8. Applies only to Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru. Mabe guarantees the availability of spare parts for a period of five (5) years counted from the date

of commercialization of Mabe to the distributor; Spare parts can be purchased through our National Mabe Service Network, which can be consulted

through our official contact channels. During the same period, the consumer will have a technical service to repair the product.

9. The duration of this product under foreseeable conditions of use is 10 years. This product falls into the category of non-industrial domestic use,

therefore its duration considers a reasonably moderate use. Keep in mind that the duration of each product is established for foreseeable conditions of

use, so it may be altered by the uses and habits of the userÕ'd

10. The light bulb has a 90-day warranty, and its replacement after this time is a chargeable service.

The guarantee cannot be made effective in the following cases:

1. When the product has NOT been operated in accordance with the instructions issued by the manufacturer.

2. When the product is being used for commercial, industrial or any other purpose that is not strictly domestic.

3. Damages caused by the home network such as: Voltage fluctuations, short circuit, accidental overloads or electric shocks. If the voltage variation is

above 10%, the guarantee will NOT apply.

4. When the product presents a malfunction caused by the intervention of persons and/or service workshops not authorized by Mabe and/or the

installation of non-genuine parts.

5. Damage to the product caused by its transport, when this is at the expense of the consumer.

6. Damage to the product caused by accident, fire, flood or acts of Nature.

7. Damage caused by: (I) improper operation of the product, (II) by animals (rodents, insects, others), (III) by dirt or dust, (IV) due to the environmental

conditions in which the product is installed , such as excessive humidity or salinity (V) Use of solvents and corrosive substances to clean the product.

8. Due to the elimination or modification of the serial number or the breaking of any seal that the device has.

9. Any other installation condition, operation other than that specified in the instructions for use.

Applies only to Colombia:

1. The term of the guarantee will count from the date of delivery of the product to the final consumer.

Applies only to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela:

Mabe guarantees the availability of spare parts for seven (7) years.

Exclusive for Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela:

The term of the guarantee will count from the date of purchase of the product and the consumer must present the purchase document legally issued by

the commercial house either: (ticket, invoice or dispatch guide) in the visit of the service personnel.

Applies to:

Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras

The warranty covers parts and labor for any manufacturing defect (see exclusions chapter).

Additionally, an extra guarantee is granted in:

• 10-year compressor warranty for non-frost automatic two-door models - No Frost.

• The Guarantee begins from the date of purchase made by the end user, and its verification is made through the purchase invoice and under the conditions

detailed later in this document. The additional warranty of 10 years respectively, only covers compressor defects, to make it effective you must call the numbers

described at the end of this document.

The normal and extra warranty apply under the following conditions:

User responsibility

• Read the user guide carefully and use the product according to its instructions and specifications indicated therein.

• Electrical installation with adequate voltage, with a range of +/- 10%.

• Demand the preparation of the guarantee sheet by the distributor.

• Check the appliance carefully when it is purchased.

• Present the purchase invoice to make the guarantee effective.

Guarantee service

• The manufacturer guarantees that it will cover the cost of the warranty on parts and labor in the repair or replacement of any part of the appliance that has

material or manufacturing defects, also manufacturing defects that totally or partially prevent the proper functioning of the appliance.

• The manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to people or things, due to breakdowns or defects in its electrical appliances and does not

accept any commitment, responsibility or compensation.

The warranty does not cover exclusions

• Light bulbs and enamels, as well as breakdowns or deficiencies caused by improper handling, incorrect installations, variation in electrical voltage and inadequate

water pressure for Ice maker models.

• Damages caused by services provided by unauthorized persons and use of non-original parts.

• When the item is used commercially.

• Damage caused by floods, earthquakes, fires, war, vandalism, theft, or force majeure.

Fortuitous events.

• Damage or loss of food in your appliances.

• Damage caused by transportation.

• Any other damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

• It does not cover warranty for inadequate maintenance in accordance with the clauses established in the maintenance section

Turbo Cool function

Designed to speed up the cooling and freezing time of the entire refrigerator. We recommend that you activate it when

you return from the supermarket since you store several products at room temperature inside your refrigerator. Note:

Before you activate the Turbo Cool function, you must deactivate the Holidays functions, as they do not work at the

same time.

The Turbo Cool function helps cool your food in less time since your refrigerator will work at its maximum cooling

capacity. After one hour, the refrigerator will work normally again.

It is activated by pressing the Turbo Cool button and the LED light on the button will turn on indicating that the function

is active.

Important: For cleaning, never use cloths with rough fibers, or metal or pointed objects as they can scratch or break the components

of your refrigerator. If there is a bad smell inside the refrigerator, this could be caused by food contamination. After cleaning, do not

re-enter those that are contaminated, consume them or discard them.
