- Never leave unattended while it is running.

- Do not immerse the main unit in water or other

liquids; clean it with a damp cloth.

- When using the pasta maker attachment, do not insert

fingers or hair or clothes on the reels.

- When using the meat grinder, use only the specific

accessory to press the food inside the insertion tube.

WARNING!!! Do not use the appliance as kneading

machine and with one of the optional accessories at

the same time. This may give damage due to

overload.

KNEADING

- Fit the container in place by turning it in the direction of LOCK until it blocks.

- Raise the main body (15) using the release lever (12). Install accessory by

entering the joint in the drive shaft of unit, and turn locking ring until it stops.

- Place the ingredients inside the bowl. The total weight of ingredients cannot exceed 3 Kg (for soft

dough). In case of more tuff dough, (bread, pizza, pasta) reduce max quantity to 2Kg

- Lower the arm by releasing the lever (12). Connect the plug (10) into an electrical outlet.

MANUAL OPERATIONS

- Start operations by pressing the ON / OFF button (E) and choose the manual mode by pressing the

Manual / Auto (D) button until "Manual" appears on the display.

- Choose the speed (between 1 and 6) pressing the - and + buttons (B and C). Decide the speed according

to the type of dough.

- Start the process by pressing Start / Stop button (F).

CAUTION: A clock on display will mark the time of use. With hard dough do not exceed 4 minutes,

with soft dough do not exceed 6 minutes. Allow to cool down for 10 minutes after operation.

- When dough is ready, or the work is finished, stop the machine by pressing the Start / Stop button (F).

AUTOMATIC OPERATIONS

- Start operations by pressing the ON / OFF button (E) and choose the automatic mode by pressing the

Manual / Auto button (D) until "Soft yeast" appears on the display.

- Select the program with the - and + buttons (B and C), choosing from the following:
