- After having selected the program, start the operation by pressing

Start/Stop button (F).

- The unit will automatically turn off once finished the operations.

After the process, whether automatic or manual, release the arm with the

lever (12) and lift it, remove the accessory and the container with food.

Remove the dough using a spatula.

Clean the product by following the instructions you will find in

“Cleaning” section.

SELECT THE ACCESSORY

There are three accessories included, to be used depending on the

situation.

HOOK (8). Use with hard dough, like bread, pizza, pasta, etc...

K ACCESSORY or MIXER (5). Use it with soft dough, such as sweets, or for blending, mixing

BEATER (6). Use it for beating eggs or whipping.

MEAT GRINDER (optional)

The meat grinder attachment is not included in the

package and it’s provided separately. It can be ordered

from your dealer, asking for G3Ferrari model G2P019.

9 Ring attachment

Assembling the unit: put the spiral (4) inside the mincer

(3), the blade (5) on the spiral and one of the discs (6, 7 or

8) over the blade. Choose the disc depending on the kind of chopping you want to obtain.

Block the elements by screwing the ring (9).

Assemble the dish (1) over the top of the mincer (3). In the end, attach the meat grinder to the main body

(15) by removing the cover (11) in order to discover the gear (16) and fitting the mincer to it.

PASTA MAKER, FETTUCCINE - SPAGHETTI MAKER (optional)

The pasta maker, the fettuccine maker, and the spaghetti maker

attachments are not included in the package and are provided separately.

You can order it from your dealer, asking for G3FERRARI model

G2P020 (pasta maker), G3FERRARI model G2P022 (fettuccine maker),

G3FERRARI model G2P023 (spaghetti maker).

Assemble the attachment to the main body (15) by removing the cover

(11) in order to discover the gear (16) and fitting it.

CLEANING - Unplug the unit.

Do not immerse the main body in water, only wash it with a damp cloth and non-abrasive detergent.

Avoid any infiltration of water inside motor housing.

The attachments, the container and the lid cannot be washed in the dishwasher, wash them by hand with

non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent. Dry them thoroughly before assembling them to the unit. While

washing the mincer blade, be careful not to cut yourself.

After having washed the pasta maker, lubricate the rollers with vegetable oil.
